Henderson Int'l (India) Pvt. Ltd. is a Regional Branch Office of the Henderson International Group in India. We are a registered Marine Consultancy and Surveying Company in India, having todate valid requisite registration, licenses and approvals from the Govt. of India. We have also gained the valuable status as Correspondents for some International Clubs, both for P & I and H & M.
The Indian operations commenced from 1st December 1998 from its Head Office in New Delhi and the Branch Offices at Chennai and Visakhapatnam.
In addition, as of date, we have Branch Offices at Kandla, Mumbai, Marmugao, Mangalore, Kochi (Cochin), Tuticorin and Kolkata to provide a full All-India coverage.
Capt. Satish Anand, founder member and the Managing Director, at the Head Office in New Delhi, handles the overall operations and the future developments into other locations in India. He is ably assisted by Mr. Milind Tambe, Director and Principal Surveyor, at Mumbai Branch Office, who oversees the new project developments for HI/India in India and the neighboring countries.
Mr. P. Sridharan, Director, at the Branch Office at Chennai, handles the entire operations for Southern India, both for the Eastern & Western Coastal ports, including the Andaman & Nicobar Islands. He also oversees the future developments in the Southern Region
All our operations in India are Quality Controlled through the Head Office at New Delhi.
As part of the Henderson International Group we are also closely linked with the Group Head Office at Dubai and all the other International Regional Offices. In Iran, our technical services team operates and manned by three highly experienced surveyors including Captain Hassan Daylam, Managing Director and Principal Surveyor, Homayoon Hezar-Dastan, Chairman of the Board, Technical Manager and Principal Surveyor, and Captain Nader Alizadeh, Member of the Board and Engineer Surveyor. Their complementary professional skills and practical experience allow us to provide thorough and precise assessments of the structural, navigational, manning and engineering aspects of all vessels requiring inspection.
With reference to Iran, our franchisees have all been selected for their ability to provide technical assistance together with P&I survey services, and in addition to class survey services. The technical services divisions of HI-Iran are manned by marine professionals who are all experienced marine and engineering surveyors.
We offer P&I Condition Surveys on a regional basis from our main office in Iran to all southern and northern ports and terminals. We see our role as loss prevention advisors who attend on board to identify potential risks and assist members with accomplishing economical rectification of any deficiencies noted.
